You must call Customer Service at 888-316-2224 to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number) that must be on the return package to identify you get proper credit. You must mail (with postage paid by you) the qualified items to Exceptional Health Products, 412 N Redbud Ave, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012. Include the RA#, your name, address, phone number and reason for return. Once we receive the items back, we will refund the amount you paid for the qualified items to the original form of payment method used on the initial purchase. Shipping back items without an RA # will delay or could nullify any refund.
